These shoes are really cute and looked fine when I tried them on, but something about it just made them so uncomfortable after about an hour. My feet were hurting way too much, so sadly I don’t think I’ll be wearing them again.

I ordered a dress and a pair of shoes from anneklein.com, and both fit about how I figured they would. The dress was true to size overall, maybe just a little loose around the waist, but nothing that felt like a big issue. The shoes were comfortable and matched my usual size, which is really all you can ask for. Shipping was fine too. I took off one star because the size chart could be a bit clearer, especially since people are obviously going to check that before ordering clothes online.

I ordered a watch from Anne Klein, and overall the color looked really close to the pictures online. It might be just a little lighter in person, but not enough that it bothered me.
The size and finish were also pretty much what I expected from the product details, so that part was reassuring. Shipping was fine too, not especially fast, but nothing went wrong.
The only downside was that the box showed up with a small dent, which was a little disappointing. Luckily the watch itself was in good shape, so I’d still say it was a solid purchase.

I do like the watch I ordered, so that part was a win. But trying to get help afterward was frustrating. I emailed customer service twice and then basically heard nothing for days, which made me feel like I was just being ignored. When someone finally got back to me, the response was super generic and didn’t really answer what I asked. It wasn’t a total disaster, but for what I paid, I expected them to be a lot quicker and more helpful

I was really hoping to find a few things here, but pretty much everything I actually liked was sold out. I’m picky about spending money, so it was frustrating to finally see items that looked worth the price and then not be able to buy them...

I’ll give credit where it’s due—the watch looks really nice and I was excited to wear it. But mine stopped working after about two months, and that’s disappointing. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable expecting a watch to last longer than that, especially when I wasn’t rough with it.

The box looked kind of cheap and was dented up when it arrived, and inside it didn’t seem like it was packed with much care. For around the price I paid, I expected better. Not a terrible experience, but definitely not great either.

I was disappointed with this. The fabric felt kind of cheap right away, and overall it just didn’t seem like great quality. i feel like I wasted my energy even ordering and trying it out.

Everything showed up exactly how I ordered it, so no complaints there. But the shipping felt slower than it should’ve, and I really don’t have much patience for waiting around. Overall it was okay, just wish it got here faster.

These shoes are really cute in person and they definitely look nice with an outfit, but comfort-wise they didn’t quite work for me. If you’re thinking about getting them, I’d say maybe try them on around the house first or use heel pads before wearing them out for a full day

I was disappointed with this handbag. It looked nice at first, but the strap broke after just a few weeks of normal use. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up a lot better. I also got the feeling there were little extra costs or quality corners hidden behind the price, because it definitely didn’t feel worth the money in the end.

I sent my order back weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. Every time I reach out to customer service, it’s basically the same thing, just keep waiting. At this point I’m tired of chasing it and getting nowhere. It’s been way too long, and if refunds are always this slow, I don’t see myself ordering from Anne Klein again.

My order just sat there for days like it was on vacation, and then the actual delivery still took forever. Whatever this slow-motion shipping setup is, I’m not dealing with it again

I bought this watch about a month ago, and the finish is already rubbing off. That really stood out to me in a bad way because for the price, I expected it to feel a lot more solid. Instead, it comes across kind of cheap, and now I’m mostly just disappointed with the quality.

Returning my order was kind of a hassle. I had to keep Chasing for updates, and the refund took way longer than I expected. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but yeah, it was Frustrating...

I’ve browsed Anne Klein a few times, mostly for watches and bags, and those are definitely the items that caught my eye first. The site is clean and easy to move around, so it didn’t take much effort to look through everything. That said, once I actually started comparing pieces, some of the designs felt a little too simple or more mature than what I usually go for. I did find a few cute options, just not many that made me feel like I had to get them. Overall, it was a decent shopping experience, but not one that really excited me
